Free Shipping Across Saudi Arabia

At SOUQ-AL-ARAB, we offer free standard shipping throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the customer's location and courier availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, high-order periods, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number through SMS, email, or WhatsApp where available. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery arrangements may be required. For significant delivery delays, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. This policy does not limit any consumer rights available under applicable Saudi e-commerce law.
